構成
第1 章 山水 宇宙論の世界
山水画とは、我々が生きる限りの世界を描いたもの。
顕になってきた、仮想現実としての現代には、それなりの山水がある。
第2 章 間
中国唐代に、破墨・溌墨と筆線を組み合わせ、水墨画が誕生した。
これが日本で「間」の絵画として結実する。
第3 章 色
水墨画を色彩化する試みは、
水墨の原理を分析することで完成した。
第4 章 間に立つ
「間」の原理は、絵画技法の枠を超えた、人間存在の問題として確立される。
これにより、日本独特の芸術論が生まれた。

1952 東京都中野区に生まれる。
1971 京都市立芸術大学美術学部日本画科入学（1975 年卒業）
1986 東京都奥多摩町に移り住み、水墨画の研鑽に集中する。
1997「ぎゃるり しらの」東京 にて水墨画の初個展。
1999 「津田画廊」京都 にて水墨画個展
これを機に日本画絵具舗の仲介により紙舗、筆師、表具師などとの交流を通して、
伝統的な技法や用具について広く学ぶ事が可能になる。
2010 「水墨思想」冊子を発行
2015 現代の水墨画を考えるために、海外の様子を見て回る。
イタリア「FLORENCE BIENNALE」出展
2016 パリ日仏天理文化協会個展

UNNO JIRO PROFILE
1952 Unno Jiro is born in Nakano Ward, Tokyo.
1971 Begins studying at Kyoto City University of Arts, Department of Japanese Painting (graduate in 1975).
1986 Moves to Okutama-cho, Tokyo, and concentrates on the study of Suiboku-ga (ink painting).
1997 First solo exhibition of Suiboku at Gyaruri Shirano, Tokyo.
1999 Solo exhibition of Suiboku at Tsuda Gallery, Kyoto, which gives him the opportunity to study a wide range of
traditional techniques and tools from local paper makers, brush makers, and picture framers.
2010 Publication of “Suiboku Shiso” booklet.
2015 Visits foreign countries to explore contemporary ink paintings.
Exhibited at “FLORENCE BIENNALE” in Italy
2016 Solo exhibition at the Japan-France Tenri Cultural Association in Paris.
Exhibition at the Maison de la Culture du Japon à Paris.
